CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

I have not received an order confirmation, what can I do?

SHIPPING

What are the shipping fees?

Delivery is currently FREE for orders over $69 before taxes, in Quebec. Limited time promotion.

Get shipping at only $5.99 with orders between $29 and $68,99, in Quebec.

For all orders under $29 before taxes, in Quebec, the shipping is $9.99.

Delivery in Ontario is $9,99.

Delivery for the rest of Canada is also possible, at $20, with no minimum purchase. * Certain remote areas are excluded.

What are the delivery times?

We usually process orders in 1-3 working day(s). Our carrier then delivers in a few days, depending on the region and the traffic. You will receive confirmation by email when the order is shipped. 

** The company will take care not to send your order during a heat wave and therefore reserves the right to wait a few days to dispatch your package to the carrier, so that your products can be received intact.

Please do not forget to calculate the holidays.

ORDERS

Can you withdraw the invoice from a package that I want to send as a gift?

Packages do not contain an invoice. As a company that promotes eco-responsible actions, KandJu tries, among other things, to limit its impressions.

Can I have my order delivered to two different places?

No, the system accepts only one delivery address. You will have to make 2 separate orders :)

What is the difference between your different mixes?

The sour mix includes a large variety of our most famous sour gummies . Perfect for emotion lovers!

The sweet mix brings together a selection of gummies selected from our best sellers!

The seasonal mix (Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas) regroups a selection of sour and sweet gummies defined by their difference in color and design to match the holiday.

How long do candies keep their freshness?

KandJu candies remain fresh for 6 months. Keep our products in an airtight container, protected from light and you can enjoy our delicious candies for several months!

Why are Kandju products so fresh?

KandJu benefits from the purchase volume of its parent company, Ludik Designer Confiseur, which receives the raw materials from its various manufacturers, without any intermediary. The candies distributed by KandJu are freshly produced and ready to be tasted!
